Portraits Assignment

 Photo Manipulation Assignment

With many possibilities of Photoshop , one magical category continues to turn heads. That skillful technique is known as Photo-manipulation. With the power of photo-editing applications, we are now able to merge two things together and get a surreal result. It may look like a piece of cake, but this kind of image editing takes many hours of practice.

Here are some pictures in which I`ve done photo-manipulation.

1)

Our flora has undergone so much infliction of human being that it is going to scare of some gentle herbivore.

2)

This picture depicts that present infra structure has not lost the nature fully.

3)

This picture depicts that liberty and freedom has been replaced by a cannibal as what is going on in our present era.

4)

Fauna is not disturbed or destroyed by a hunter gun but other human cruel activities.

Like I don`t know much about photoshop but I still tried to do something creative. So in this assignment, I manipulated some pictures and try to give them another look. I like wildlife photography, there are some photographer to who I inspired by and Nick Brandt is one of them.

1) Nick Brandt

Nick Brandt is known for breaking boundaries and exploring different mediums within photography to push a strong conservation massage. The image shown above is a composite of two moments in time, taken at the same spot, to illustrate human- wildlife conflicts.

2) Joel Sartore

Joel Sartore is another great inspiration for thinking out side of the box. His Photo Ark project is part of National Geographic and hopes to conserve endangered species through images. In reality, it is a way of rising awareness for all of Earth`s Threatened species through this powerful archive of studio shot images.
